Thank you for shopping with us at Moods of Norway. We provide free shipping and free returns to all our customers so you can focus on your super duper Norwegian fashion shopping and we’ll take care of the rest!
In the rare event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, you may return the item(s) directly to Moods of Norway, free of charge. You have 14 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for exchange or a full refund, provided the merchandise is unused, unwashed, tagged, in original condition and is returned in its original shipping container.
If you want to return or exchange an item, send an email to
webshopus@moodsofnorway.com. Let us know what you want to exchange the product for or what the reason for the return is. We will send you a shipping note, which you can print and put on the package. Drop the package off at your closest Fedex location, and the shipping will already be paid for.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to insure that the merchandise be packaged for shipment in a manner as to protect it from possible shipping damages. A copy of your original e-mail invoice must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate on the invoice whether you would like credit or an exchange for a different item. Moods of Norway is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Upon Moods of Norway’s receipt of return, you will be issued a credit to the credit card used for purchase or an exchange within 3-5 business days. Please refer to the individual item customer service numbers on your
original email receipt.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
